Finium provides AI-supported workflow software and related services for online harm response, case organization, and escalation preparation. This includes collection and organization of incident materials, AI-supported review, case structuring, collaboration features, and preparation support for possible legal, investigative, PR, or operational follow-up. Finium is not a law firm, not an autonomous enforcement system, and not a guarantee of legal, investigative, or platform outcomes.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, provide accurate information during registration, maintain the security of your account credentials, and notify us of unauthorized use.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes, provide truthful information, not misuse or circumvent our systems, not use our services to harass or harm others, comply with applicable laws, and not interfere with the integrity or performance of our services.

5. Fees and Payment

Where paid services are offered, they may be provided on a subscription or fee-for-service basis. You agree to pay applicable fees, provide valid payment information, authorize recurring charges where relevant, and pay applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations, are owned by HVL Stores SLU and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Data Processing and Privacy

Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

8. No Legal Advice or Guaranteed Outcomes

Finium is intended to support collection, organization, review, and preparation of online harm incidents. Unless expressly agreed in writing, HVL Stores SLU does not provide legal representation or act as your attorney. AI-supported review, categorization, or prioritization is assistive only and may contain errors. We do not guarantee legal success, evidence admissibility, takedowns, account removals, compensation, or enforcement outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVL Stores SLU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, service interruptions, technical failures, actions taken based on information provided through our services, or third-party content or services accessed through the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HVL Stores SLU, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for reasons including breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment of fees, or requests by law enforcement or government agencies.

12. Modifications to Terms
