For US counsel handling image-abuse and online-harm matters

Preserve first. Then take it down.

A valid removal request can make public-source evidence harder to capture. Preserve lawful source context before submission, when counsel directs. Finium does not submit or guarantee removal requests.

    Counsel-only handling

Intimate-category material - including synthetic NCII - is handled only through counsel or an authorized representative, with authorization status recorded. Finium never accepts intimate media directly from an individual, and never handles this category outside a counsel-directed matter.

When to use a capture service instead

If you already know the exact page, use a capture service.

Finium is for the unresolved matter: historical account sweep, repeated-actor grouping, chronology, counsel review queue and evidence-file handoff under one fixed scope. A single-page capture tool is the right, cheaper choice when the page and its author are already known and stable.

    Matter types

Built for counsel-directed matters, not consumer removal requests.

Vocabulary on this page is limited to the categories Finium is built and authorized to work on.

    01

    Threats and cyberstalking

Threatening posts, messages and coordinated contact across public platforms, preserved with source context and a timestamped chronology.

    02

    NCII and synthetic NCII

Counsel-directed only. Handled with recorded authorization; no direct intake from an individual, no uploads outside a counsel-directed matter.

    03

    Impersonation and defamation

Fraudulent profiles, false statements and impersonating accounts, preserved with capture record and account history for counsel to assess.

    04

    NIL matters

Unauthorized use of a client’s name, image or likeness, preserved with source and distribution context for counsel’s review.

    The record counsel receives

A control map, not an admissibility claim.

Every file states what was captured, not what a court will do with it. Counsel and courts decide how the record is used.

Fields capturedSource URL, platform context, full-page capture, account identifiers, media where possible and lawful.
Hash methodSHA-256 computed at capture for each preserved artifact.
Timestamp sourceUTC timestamp recorded at the moment of capture and logged with the artifact.
Custody eventsEach processing step - capture, structuring, export - is logged as a custody event for that file.
Export versioningExports are versioned; later processing does not overwrite an earlier export.

Counsel and courts decide how the record is used. Finium does not state or imply that a file is admissible.

131,781 comments collected → 81,101 analyzed → 5,951 flagged for review → 39 case files from the attributed slice, 31 statute-mapped with advisory windows. One German public-figure account. Production audit. July 2026.

What transfers to a US matter: the account-sweep, classification and chronology methodology, and the control-map standard above. What does not yet exist: a US-market production case study. This is the same workflow applied to a different jurisdiction and statute set, not a claim of US results we have not produced.

    Handling rules

    Trust-critical. Not negotiable.

    • Intimate-category material is ingested only through counsel or an authorized representative, with authorization status recorded.
    • Public-context capture (profiles, threats, the distribution trail) proceeds from a public URL.
    • No legal conclusion. No removal guarantee. Counsel remains the legal actor.

    Questions

Does Finium submit the removal request?

No. Finium produces the preserved evidence file and the documentation your removal request draws on. The request, and every legal step, stays with you and your client.

Can Finium handle intimate-image material directly?

Only through counsel or an authorized representative, with authorization recorded. Public-context capture starts from a public URL.

    Is a Finium file admissible?

That determination belongs to courts and counsel. Finium provides the documented record: capture, hashes, timestamps, custody events and a stated evidence-ladder level for every file.

    What does it cost?

Audit: $7,500. Audit+: $14,500. NCII rapid-response matter: $2,500–$7,500 via counsel. No subscription required to start.
