Three kinds of matter. The same standard of record.

Whatever arrives, a post, a listing or a contract, ends up as an exhibit with a source, a time and a hash, or a citation to the page it came from.

Questions

What legal teams ask first.

Anything else, ask in the call.

Which sources do you cover?
Sources across the web: posts, pages, profiles and listings, including X, TikTok, Telegram and the open web, alongside screenshots and documents you upload. Legal risk classification is available for Germany; in other markets the evidence file works without classification.
Who does the monitoring?
Monitoring runs across the web on a schedule agreed for each matter, set up and run with our operations team. Captures are hashed and qualified-timestamped as they are taken.
Does Finium send notices or takedowns?
No. Notice drafts (DSA Art. 16, DMCA, de-indexing) are documents for your team. Your lawyers decide what is sent, to whom and when.
Will the evidence be admissible?
Finium preserves and documents: SHA-256 at capture, a qualified timestamp from a QTSP, the page's SSL/TLS certificate data, a custody event log, a root-hash manifest at export and an open-source offline verifier. Admissibility is decided by courts and counsel, and we make no promise about it.

Bring one real matter. We will run it end to end.
