The problem

Incidents move faster than the record.

01

Every team has its own version.

Comms, security and legal each keep their own screenshots and notes.

02

Escalation starts from scratch.

Outside counsel receives a forwarded thread instead of a file they can pick up.

03

The source is gone.

Impersonation accounts and posts are removed before anyone preserves them.

The incident workflow.

The same three pillars as every Finium matter. Each task shows its real status.

The incident timeline

One timeline. Three teams read the same thing.

Legal, security and comms work from one record. Each line links to a hashed exhibit; the legal call stays with counsel.

Limits

What we don't do.

Decisions

Finium does not give legal advice. Counsel decides what is unlawful and what happens next.

Outcomes

No promised takedowns or platform outcomes. Platforms decide on notices.

Coverage

Monitoring runs on a schedule on the sources agreed with you, alongside the material you send.

Sending

Notice drafts are documents only. Nothing leaves without your team.

Questions

What legal teams ask first.

Anything else, ask in the call.

Who runs the monitoring?
Monitoring runs across the web on a schedule, run with our operations team, on the sources agreed with you.
Can comms and security work on the same matter?
Yes. Client, lawyer and operations roles are scoped per organisation, so each team works from the same record with the access it needs.
Do you identify who is behind an attack?
Finium links accounts behind coordinated attacks and impersonation infrastructure using observable connections. It shows links between accounts for review. For private individuals, accounts are linked only where there is a lawful basis.
Do you send notices or contact platforms?
No. Notice drafts are documents for your team and counsel. Finium has no path to send them.
What does outside counsel receive?
A verifiable export: exhibits with hashes and qualified timestamps, the incident timeline, the custody log and a root-hash manifest anyone can check with evidence-verify.

Bring one incident. We will run it end to end.
