Prepare the evidence and chronology for your response without reconstructing it by hand.

Finium Legal preserves posts, profiles and reposts from source, orders them in matter time and classifies legal risk under German law for your review. You stay the legal actor.

The problem

Clients send screenshots. Your response needs a record.

01

Material arrives late.

Screenshots come in days later, cropped, without a link or a capture time.

02

Posts disappear.

The post is edited or deleted before anyone has preserved it.

03

Context is scattered.

Reposts, comments and messages sit across chats and inboxes, so the pattern is hard to show.

The media counsel workflow.

The same three pillars as every Finium matter. Each task shows its real status.

What we don't do.

Questions

What legal teams ask first.

Anything else, ask in the call.

Does Finium decide whether a post is unlawful?
No. Legal risk classification under German law marks candidates as potential, for your review. Finium is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. You decide.
Will the evidence be admissible?
Admissibility is decided by courts and counsel. Finium documents how each item was captured: source, capture time, a SHA-256 hash, a qualified timestamp from a QTSP and the page's SSL/TLS certificate data.
What happens if the post is deleted?
The capture stays in the file as evidence, marked no longer live, with its original capture time and hash.
Can you link accounts to a person?
Finium links accounts behind coordinated attacks and impersonation using observable connections between accounts. For private individuals, accounts are linked only where there is a lawful basis.
Which jurisdictions does classification cover?
Germany today Available. In the United Kingdom, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and the United States the evidence file works the same way; classification for those markets is not available yet.
